Northgate Village Entry, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of the village entry that incorporated existing dry swales as features.
Sanctuary Lakes Interpretation Trail / Links Group Holdings
The Skeleton Creek Interpretation Trail is in essence a series of points which relate to various aspects of interest on the site. Landscape works include d an observation deck, playground facilities and signage boards relating to the adjacent wetlands.
Cypress Views Linear Reserve, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of a linear reserve with links to Cypress Views Village Park. The existing Cypress tree windbreak and historic dry stone walls were retained, whilst new feature planting and seating were incorporated.
Northgate Park, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of the Public Park located on the northern most boundary of Caroline Springs. A formal promenade was designed with shelter, paving, native and exotic planting.
Northgate Linear Reserve, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of the linear reserve. The design incorporated existing dry creek beds within drainage swales, in conjunction with seating and native planting.
Malcolm Creek, Craigieburn / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of parkland incorporating a school entry and existing oval. Swale corridor and flood mitigation issues were integral to the design response. Additionally, significant tree planting was included.
Yan Yean Reservoir, Yan Yean Parks Victoria / Snowy Mountains Engineering Corportation
Design and Project Management of interpretive signage layout. Masterplanning and construction for heritage works associated with renovation works to the Reservoir were implemented together with design and proofing of the historic interpretation signage.
Port Melbourne Community Gardens, JL Murphy Reserve / City of Port Phillip
Design, Documentation and Contract Administration for the community gardens in the public reserve. Recycled paving, recycled timber seating, fencing, recycled brick planters and reclaimed soil for community group use and management were encompassed.
Hansen Reserve, West Footscray / Maribrynong City Council
Landscape Design and Documentation of public space within the City of Maribrynong. Works included garden beds and planting, irrigation and appropriate furniture and amenities.
PUBLIC SQUARES / PLAZAS
Centenary Square Brookside Town Centre, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of large urban space and educational precinct. Café spaces incorporating seating, granite sculptural bollards, planting, blue ribbon feature, furniture and lighting were created.
Gateway to Whittlesea / City of Whittlesea
Landarche was selected to design an innovative gateway to the City of Whittlesea. The project involved the consideration of Vic Roads guidelines concerning sight lines and safety zones. Two options were provided to council, one following a corporate theme and one an artistic theme.
Catherine Drive, Hillside / City of Melton
Design and Documentation of a 2.2 acre neighbourhood park. BBQ area and shelter, picnic area, streetscapes, playground, planting, open space, irrigation and lighting were included. (Built Landstruct)
War memorial, Broadmeadows / City of Broadmeadows
Design and Documentation of war memorial and surrounds. In collaboration with City Architect,
Earthworks created a sculptural memorial features, paving, furniture, ramps, stonework, planting and turfing.
Calder Highway Duplication Vic Roads / City of Mildura
Consultation, Design and Documentation of landscape works for Calder Highway duplication. Ground preparation, street tree design, irrigation, pedestrian and bicycle paths, turfing, planting were all included and were based on and informed by Vic Roads guidelines.
Altona Children’s Memorial Gardens, Altona Memorial Park
Design and Documentation of interactive water feature sculpture within park, incorporating children’s handprint and footprint impressions stencilled in brass onto exposed aggregate concrete.
Princess Pier, Melbourne / Mirvac Group
Design of contemporary landscape on the pier that includes public space, small private gardens, swimming and boat tie-up areas, wind and tide features and beach/sand areas.
3 Streets in Brunswick / Moreland City Council
Concept Design, Community Consultation, Documentation and construction of streetscapes for three separate streets in Brunswick that included street planting and street trees in a complex urban environment.
Hawthorn Road, Brighton / City of Brighton
Design, Documentation and Contract Administration of landscape works for a strip shopping centre and pedestrian crossing area that featured paving, planting, lighting and street furniture.
Brookside Sports Precinct, Caroline Springs / Delfin Lend Lease
Design and Documentation of the precinct surrounding the sports pavilion and school pick-up area that included four tennis courts, feature bollards and shelter works, planting, paving, earthworks and streetscape.
Melbourne Exhibition Centre and Convention Centre
Short-listed competition entry for the design of innovative streetscape and urban space for the
Clarendon-Spencer Street and river frontages. Paving, lighting, playground sculptural elements,
feature steel works, paths, boardwalk and planting have been featured.
Little Weir, Glenmaggie / Austral Constructions
Landscape Design and plant allocation for Weir redevelopment. Rehabilitation works included wetland planting, erosion and embankment control planted with indigenous provenance plants.
Waverly RSL Club, Glen Waverly / Macdonald Architects
Design Documentation and soft landscape works comprised planting around the boundary of the building.

Johnson Reserve Play Space, West Footscray / Maryibrynong City Council
Design, Documentation and Contract Administration of landscape works for an alternate play space targeting ages six and up that included climbing walls, skate features, swinging hammock and native planting. (Built Landstruct)
Heatherton playspace, Heatherton / City of Kingston
Design and Documentation of sculptural playspace. Works included major earthworks, grading and sculptural play items on a particularly restricted site due to it being an old tip site. (Built Landstruct)
Playspace, Wonga Park / Manningham City Council
Partial Design Development, and Documentation of playspace trail developed from the Graeme Base book ‘My Grandma lives at Gooligulchlo’. Works included: earthworks and grading, gravel paths, paving, rail stations, planting and mulching. (Built Landstruct)
Bicentennial Park / City of Kingston
Design and Documentation of high use Public Park that included a retro-fitting of the run down play area to conform to Australian Standards. Bold colours were utilised to create visual connections between standard and non-standard playspaces, including a unique hilltop slide. (Built Landstruct)
